The Evil In A Condescending Tone

Image
Heyyy Warriors 👀, Song pick: Born Tired - Jhené Aiko Audiomack Link P.S : I love this song,  or more like I love jhené Aiko, she always brings an effortless soothing vibes to her songs. Well we all know what a condescending tone means, so I'm not even going to go off on a definition spree. But if for an entirely reasonable reason you do not know😌, that's okay, either you look it up before you continue reading, or you stay closely with me while I write, I'm sure you will get the concept before I'm done here. Now when it comes to words, or more specifically when it comes to sensitivity to mean words I like to think of myself as thick skinned. Well given the family I come from, you just have to be that way. We were all given the privilege to adapt into armour wearing Word Ninjas, where the shield can ricochet shitty languages directed at us.( yea I come from a long line of great men and women, I'm sure you must have sensed it by now) . But here is the th...

A Magnet In Their Stars

Image
Hello My Stealth Ninjas ,  Song  Pick: Gang Gang  - Migos. Audiomack Link Let's talk about another form of humans dear to my heart. THE MAGNETS.  See this time, My mum brought these kind of humans to my attention and I can only wonder what made her come up with the concept of a human born with a magnetic star. The humans with the magnetic stars are those who you would say attracts attention or interests but most times more often than not, they do not want it. The operative word for these group is "effortlessness". When they walk into a room, all heads don't turn like the way you see in the movies, neither do jaws drop like when a hot chick or dude enters a room, nah its nothing like that. This time the aura is much more subtle, and the intrigue slowly spreads like it is contagious. The first person's interest is piqued, gradually and honestly quite slowly every one is suddenly smitten for an unknown reason. They are liked and most times adored by liter...

A Luck in Their Stars👀

Hi Humans, SONG PICK FOR THE DAY: All my friends - Dermot Kennedy  Link to Song Pick Have you ever met a person and they strike you to be nothing but chaos, yet in the midst of their chaos, they seem to be protected ( imagine a person sitting at the eye of hurricane if you must, to help you get a mental picture ) Well yea, this has to be my favourite kind of humans. My Dad describes them as irresponsibly lucky humans. He also told me that in our native language, there is a term for them which when I loosely translate it, it comes off as " the grasshopper that the hen rejected ". ( ukpara okuko juru )😂. Now imagine this ( story tiiiiiiiime ): some where in a land with details oblivious to man yet he is an existing part of it, there is a family of birds preferably the local chicken, and they have been having a bad day due to the scorching effect of the sun. They haven't really had enough to eat, but then again they never eat much unless they see what to eat. Y...

Hi Ninjas,   Song pick: The lion sleeps Tonight - The Lion king ( 😅😅 yoo, I just had to do this, the song is a classic) Link for easy access to the Song Pick Some one asked a question at the comment section of my last post, and after my attempts to reply, I ended up giving directions to this post. ( Hehe, you have no idea the kind geek you just unleashed, but since you asked amma just get right to it, get it off my chest yunno😁.. ) I had to pull out my glasses for this one . I said last time that dreams are the manifestation of our subconscious, details of the day that come out to play while we are asleep, and this led our anonymous friend to ask the question " if dreams were about past activities, why do people talk about dreams coming through?" Before I jump out to try and answer that question, allow me to go off a little and share some things I know from my huge head. For you to understand how the human mind works you have to start from the top and work you...

My Mid-Night Adventures

HI NINJAS,  ( *drum rolls*) pleaseeeeee😙 Song pick: BELIEVER - Imagine Dragons  I had a dream last night. It was the kind of dream that made you confirm that you had Malaria, and for me that was the nail in the coffin I needed to start treatment. I couldn't tell my mum about the dream because it was the kind that had very suspicious details that she just can't ignore. I had no plan to write about this, I just wanted to put it down as soon as possible before the spirit that feeds on the details of our dreams comes to take it away from my memory. Even as I write this, I feel most of the scenes become blurry in my head, so I reckon she has come for me now. After my very graphically detailed dream, I woke up quiet impressed as to what I can unconsciously create, Nonetheless I found it funny and at the same time disturbing. Just as in the mysterious land of dreams, you can't tell what time of the day it was but you just know it. It was around dusk in mine, I cou...

The Subtle Gift Of A Theme Song.

So in the spirit of taking baby steps, or rather creating a solid foundation for myself here, I decided to write from my comfort zone or more like writing about it. While off the top of my head writing from my comfort zone would have been to write about something sad, deep or rather disturbing for the common Man, I decided to go a bit off to what really creates the zone. Music. You could argue that music couldn't be a comfort zone, but I think otherwise. Technically speaking, a comfort zone is a level at which one functions with familiarity and ease. Now that we have established a definition from a very reliable dictionary, maybe you might agree that Music can be a comfort zone. For every phase of my life, a song is attached to it. For every experience, there is a song to drive it home. I can never over emphasize the importance of a playlist. And by playlist I don't just mean the one you have in your phone or laptop or whatever gadget you possess, I also...

We Begin?

Hi people, there was supposed to be an introductory piece,I had it written once already, but for some reason, it didn't make it here. I'm going to try to recreate what was lost, but I highly doubt it would be as awesome as the first, but here goes nothing. "Differently wired" is going to be for me a sort of social experiment. I haven't done anything of this sort before, neither have I been this motivated to try something of this sort. With that being said, I think it's safe to tell you that I myself can't clearly tell you what to expect. What I can tell you for now is that the mind is a crazy place, so I would tell you to expect something "not ordinary" ;-) We all have a method to our madness, so I apologise in advance if maybe I do not meet your personal standards for instability. For you see there is a fine line between creative madness and mental illness. I could try to satisfy your methods, but at the end of the day, you m...
